I have been on the road over the last week to spread word of Lifepages.com in some key areas!
Last Thursday and Friday, I spent the day promoting Lifepages.com at the Journalism Education Association (JEA) Conference in Washington, DC at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. The conference brought together over 6,300 high school students from across the United States to learn and develop skills in Broadcast Journalism, School Newspaper Coverage and Yearbook Design. Also in attendance were all major yearbook companies from the United States and Canada as well as a number of high profile University Journalism Departments. It was a LONG and BUSY two days of networking, but Lifepages received great reception and made some fantastic contacts at this event. Lifepages.com was a hit amongst the high schools students who viewed our demo! Stay tuned for updates as these contacts and leads develop!
On Thursday, November 19, I was in attendance at the Philly Startup Leaders Founder Factory Event. This event brought together start-ups from across Philadelphia and featured key speakers in the entrepreneurial community to provide advice and feedback for aspiring young companies and established companies alike. We connected with some great minds and this event and look forward to building these relationships.
Today, I am at the New York Entrepreneur Week Expo at Columbia University with Jennifer Sherlock from Jenna Communications (http://www.jennacommunications.com). The event has just kicked off and we look forward to another day of learning from leaders in the start-up community. Check back right here for details on this event next week and continue to visit our website (http://lifepages.com) for new updates and news!
