Lifepages to Host Editors’ Round Table Webinar Series in August

This August, Lifepages will be hosting the first forum in its Editors’ Round Table Webinar Series entitled “College Yearbooks: Remaining Relevant in the Digital Age.” This forum will bring together Advisers, Editor-in-Chiefs and yearbook staff members from yearbook programs across the country.

This webinar will discuss the effects that social media has had on the college yearbook and how yearbook programs can utilize social media to improve their yearbook, rather than render it obsolete.

Yearbook teams will be asked to share how they are utilizing social media in their programs and Lifepages President Michael Riordan will discuss how Lifepages.com can be used to promote the yearbook at college campuses.

Additionally, the names of all the universities that are represented at one of the two sessions will be tossed into a hat and one name will be drawn. The winning school will receive a FREE online yearbook for every person who purchases or receives a printed yearbook for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

Sessions will be held Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 and Wednesday, August 11, 2010 from 8:00pm – 9:00pm EST.

This is an OPEN INVITE forum. If you would like to attend, please send an email to info@lifepages.com and put “Editors’ Round Table Webinar Invite” in the subject line.
